Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy select the quantity you require and put them into the shopping cart. At this stage Customers will see the total price including VAT. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to supply the order.
Once you have completed the section for your invoice address and don't forget to fill in all the details you will then be directed to our secure site to fill in your card details where rest assured your transaction can be made safely and securely.
We accept credit card payment and operate the Verified By Visa Scheme

Shipping And Handling We are extremely very sorry but unfortunately due to high increase in shipping costs we have had no alternative but to cease taking orders through the site outside of the UK. If you are not resident in the UK and wish to place an order for any of the products listed on our site then please either email or telephone us for a quote.
Shipping Charges are as follows.
UK £8.11 per order
Jersey & Gurnsey £15.00 per order
Northern Ireland £17.63 per order

Delivery Schedule Although we have a 1000 sq foot warehouse crammed full with stock, we cannot and do not stock every item that is shown in our catalogue. With that in mind if you require your order urgently, please telephone before placing your order to check on the current stock levels especially at busy times i.e. Christmas.
RE ROYAL WORCESTER : We process your order on reciept. We will normally ship your order to you within 2 to 3 days except at busy time ie Christmas where it may take a little longer, but if the item you have ordered is out of stock and has to ordered in from Royal Worcester it will take longer. If any item you order is out of stock and cannot be shipped, you will be notified via E-mail, or telephone giving you the chance to cancel your order, or await delivery as advised.

We will normally ship your order to you within 2 to 3 days, except at busy time ie Christmas where it may take a little longer, but if the item you have ordered is out of stock and has to ordered in from Royal Doulton it could take up to 60 working days. If any item you order is out of stock and cannot be shipped within 60 working days you will be notified via E-mail, giving you the chance to cancel your order, or await delivery as advised.

We will normally ship your order to you within 2 to 3 days except at busy time ie Christmas where it may take a little longer but if the item you have ordered is out of stock and has to ordered in from Spode it could take up to 60 working days. If any item you order is out of stock and cannot be shipped within 60 working days you will be notified via E-mail, giving you the chance to cancel your order, or await delivery as advised. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. This must be done within 30 days of placing the order and re-done every 30 days thereafter. |

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, then providing it is still in the condition that it was purchased, then at your expense it can be returned and a refund for the goods will be granted once the goods are deemed to have been returned in their original condition.
